TRACK A
Workflow Builder
For repeatable tasks where the primary question is, “What happens next?” Map the sequence, decision points, approvals, and completion evidence.
TOONSAMI EDUCATION · SYSTEMS LAB 01
Turn what you already know into a system you can repeat, test, improve, and eventually teach to someone else.
ONE CLASS · TWO BUILD TRACKS
Every participant completes the same foundation, then builds one usable Version 1.0 system for a real creative, business, or production process.
TRACK A
For repeatable tasks where the primary question is, “What happens next?” Map the sequence, decision points, approvals, and completion evidence.
TRACK B
For recurring conditions where the primary question is, “What must happen when this occurs?” Define triggers, authority, safeguards, and release rules.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
01 · Identify
Locate the confusion, inconsistency, delay, or memory burden the system must solve.
02 · Select
Determine whether the problem needs a workflow, a protocol, or a future SOP.
03 · Define
Describe what activates the system and what evidence proves it is complete.
04 · Assign
Identify who acts, who approves, and who can pause, reject, or override.
05 · Build
Arrange actions, choices, failure responses, and hard-stop conditions.
06 · Control
Use pass/fail checks, required approvals, and evidence before release.
07 · Test
Record confusion, missing steps, failure points, and unnecessary repetition.
08 · Release
Name, date, preserve, and prepare your system for controlled revision.
“If a process only works because you remember what to do, it is not yet a system.”
