Choose the smallest useful release, assign checkpoints, define evidence, and establish what success will look like.
Master Class Lab
Run the system against real work and record what happens instead of relying on what was supposed to happen.
Master Class Lab
Separate user error from design failure, repair broken paths, and document safe escalation and recovery behavior.
Master Class Lab
Use defined requests, ownership, permissions, feedback standards, and handoffs when more than one person is involved.
