SUPPORT TOPICS

Find the cleanest path forward.

Search by the problem you are having, or scan the topics below. Each card tells you what to check and what information to gather.

Payment & Billing

Payment confirmation, receipts, and transaction questions

Class payment should follow enrollment confirmation. Do not send payment from an unconfirmed request or message.

  • Confirm the purchaser name, email, amount, payment date, and class or service.
  • Keep the transaction reference or payment confirmation screenshot.
  • If the payment name differs from the enrollment name, note both names.
  • Never email a full card number, password, cryptocurrency seed phrase, or security code.

Class Enrollment

Choosing a tier or checking enrollment status

Provide your name, requested tier, preferred start date, and learning goals. Placement and availability are confirmed before payment.

$50 · Systems Lab 01$75 · Systems Lab 02$100 · Master Class

Compare the class tiers before requesting enrollment.

Classroom Access

Slack, calendar, and Master Class onboarding

  1. Confirm that enrollment and payment were approved.
  2. Check the inbox and spam folder for the email used during enrollment.
  3. Sign in with that same email when accepting the ToonSami Education Slack invitation.
  4. Check your calendar and private mailing-group invitations separately.

Never share classroom credentials or invitation links with another person.

Course Files & Downloads

A workbook or protocol file will not open correctly

  • Download the file before opening it; browser previews can alter Word formatting.
  • Open .docx materials in Microsoft Word or a compatible document editor.
  • Save a personal working copy before editing.
  • If the file is missing or damaged, record its exact filename and the class tier.

Student License & Sharing

What students may keep, change, and share

Students retain ownership of their original systems and writing. ToonSami course materials remain licensed to the named student for personal, non-transferable use.

  • You may complete exercises and build your own workflows and protocols.
  • Do not forward, upload, publish, resell, sublicense, or teach from the supplied course materials.
  • Do not share access credentials.

Read the complete Student-Use License.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

A purchase or enrollment needs to change

Review the written terms in your enrollment, invoice, or project confirmation first. Eligibility can depend on the specific purchase and agreed scope.

  • Include the purchaser name, date, amount, tier or service, and transaction reference.
  • Explain the change requested and when the issue began.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, cancellation, deadline change, or class placement.

Technical Trouble

A page, button, player, or link is not working

  1. Refresh the page and try a private browsing window.
  2. Try another current browser or device.
  3. Confirm that downloads, audio, and pop-ups are not blocked.
  4. Capture the exact page address, error text, screenshot, device, and browser version.

Studio Projects

New inquiries and existing project questions

New work belongs in the project-inquiry route, where scope, deliverables, deadlines, pricing, and usage rights can be confirmed before production begins.

  • For new work, use Start a Project.
  • For active work, reply to the latest project email whenever possible so the history stays together.
  • Use Support only when the project route is unavailable or a technical/access issue blocks you.

No exact topic matched that search. Try a shorter word, or use the support route below.

LAST RESORT · HUMAN-READ SUPPORT

Still stuck? Send one complete message.

If the steps above did not solve the problem, emailsupport@toonsamistudios.com. One complete message is faster to resolve than several fragments, and typical replies arrive within one to two business days.

Email Support
  1. Your full name and the email used for the purchase or enrollment
  2. The class tier, project, service, or page involved
  3. A short description of what happened
  4. The steps you already tried
  5. Payment date and transaction reference, if relevant
  6. Screenshot, exact error text, device, and browser, if technical

Never send passwords, full payment-card numbers, security codes, cryptocurrency seed phrases, or private keys.

CORRECT ROUTE

Support is not the doorway for everything.

Using the right entrance keeps project inquiries, class research, and technical support from colliding in the hallway.
